He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his stepchildren, Brenda Mackey (Dalend) of Stuart, Iowa, Linda Wohlford (Daniel) of Overland Park, Kansas, Todd Morris of Des Moines, Iowa and Melissa Brush (Steve) of Clive, Iowa; and his children, Deborah Kellett (Dave) of Troy, Michigan, Scott Dixon (Pam) of Sand Lake, Michigan and Todd Dixon (Sheila) of Bettendorf, Iowa. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
