Dennis Edward Hosek Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2025, at the age of 72, Dennis Edward Hosek of Clutier, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hosek and Joyce Hosek (Davis); and his siblings-in-law, Lyal Owens and Linda Hosek. He is survived by: his wife Janet Rayman of Clutier; his children, Jason Hosek (Amy) of Springville, Justin Hosek (Jamie) of Clutier and Jamie Hosek-Heiar (Jason Heiar) of Colona, IL; his grandchildren, Jonathan Hosek, Dylan Hosek (Samantha), Clay Hershberger, Ryan Hosek, Ethan Hosek, Mason Hosek, Ty Guthrie and Jackson Hosek; his siblings, Duane Hosek (Nancy Kehoe) of Clutier and Diane Owens (Bobby Bowers) of Traer; and his siblings-in-law, Lorie Boell (Steve) of Maple Grove, MN and Alan Rayman (Diana) of Huxley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home (209 E 7th St, Tama, IA 52339). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the Clutier First Responders and Fire Department, or the Traer Ambulance Service.
