He was predeceased by: his parents, William Caslavka and Mildred Caslavka (Konicek); his wife Marcella; his daughter Diana; his grandchildren, Chelsea and Tyler Hubbard; his brother George Caslavka; his in-laws, Dennis Walton and Ruth Caslavka; and his pet Monet.
He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Hubbard; his son-in-law Doug Hubbard; his granddaughter Brooklyn Hubbard; his sister Carol Walton; and his sisters-in-law, Patty Abernathy (Russ) and Mary Richart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
