He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Billmeyer and Elizabeth Billmeyer (Bolsinger); his wife Betty Lou Miller; his siblings, Harold, Letha, Evalena, Edna, Clyde, George, Shirley, Anna, Bertha, Fern, Donald and Ivan; and his daughter-in-law Autumn Hall.

He is survived by: his children, Lisa Wernke (Barry) of Guttenberg, Alvin Billmeyer, Jr. of Edgewood, Alan Billmeyer of Colesburg, Aaron Billmeyer (Ali) of Greeley, Adam Billmeyer of Dubuque, Kevin Billmeyer (Carmen) of Dubuque and Linda Billmeyer of Dubuque; and his siblings, Jean Billmeyer, Rich Billmeyer, Larry Billmeyer and Clarence "Pete" Horstman. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
