It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David L. Domeyer of Colesburg, Iowa, who passed away on June 14, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Ellen Domeyer (Hogan); his siblings, Pat Domeyer and Carla Ries; his parents-in-law, Gene and Jean Ruegnitz; and his brother-in-law Craig Ruegnitz.
He is survived by: his father LaVerne "Bud" Domeyer; his wife Diane; his children, Kari Tessum (Curt) of Ramsey, MN and Kyle Domeyer (Holly) of Dubuque; his grandchildren, Elliot, Quinn, Blaire and Hazel; his sister Mary Stevens (Dave); and his in-laws, Elmer Ries, Jane Meyer (Wayne) and Carla Ruegnitz.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Cemetery (3096 115th St, Colesburg, IA 52035).
