He is survived by: his son Chase Bushaw (Katie) of Dubuque; and his siblings, Chris Russell (Jim) of Centennial, Jan Millenkamp (Tom) of Sherrill, Greg Trey (Joyce) of Strawberry Point and Maribeth Jensen (Eric) of La Crosse, Wisconsin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
