He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Case and Whelma Case; and his siblings, George Case and Judy Ross. He is survived by: his sons, Jamie Green, Joel Green (Chrissy), David Emmons (Richard) and Scott Case (Maranda); his sister Janice Wing (Ron); and his granddaughter Eastyn Case.
