He is survived by: his parents, Shirley Jean Frus (Campbell) of Ankeny, IA and Larry Dean Polsley (Ann-Marie) of Blythewood, SC; his son Nicholas Jacob Leonard of Colo, IA; his siblings, Christine Hartman (Daniel) of Ankeny, IA and E. M. Leonard III (Amy); his pet Stella; and the mother of his children Teresa Clark. He is also survived by two nephews, two nieces, one great-niece, one great-nephew.
