She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Luing and Wilma Luing (Dickinson); her husband Duane Jay; and her siblings, Donald Luing and Claudia Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Jay (Belinda) of Nevada and Pamela Nerness (Frank) of Chesapeake, VA; her grandchildren, Shelby, Nick Nerness, Kurtis Jay (Jeff) and Kimberly Witte; and her great grandchildren, Addison, Mason Witte and Tobias Jay.
