She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Stoaks and Glenna Stoaks (Haas); her son Howard Dean Williams; and her siblings, Eugene, Harlan, Max and Helen Stoaks.
She is survived by: her husband Tommy Howard Williams of Colo; her children, Linda Herman of Des Moines and David Williams of Collins; and her siblings, Larry Stoaks (Nancy) of Colorado and Margie Mauer of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Colo Public Library in memory of Phyllis.
