She is survived by: her sister Nancy Fossberg; her daughters, Muscatine (Bino), Balinda (Jeff) and Cherie Cook (Mouse) of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Brandy Reichert (Tommy), Danni Zumwalt (Zack), Thomas Behrens-Germain and Jaime Kincaid; and her great grandchildren, Samantha Harris (Nico), Ashlee Peacock (Charlie), Zavier, Zachariah, Zophia Zumwalt, Tommy Behrens, Ashton, Kaeden, Brady Germain, Tylor Staley (Danae), Takoma Miller, Calista and Mason Kincaid.
A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Donna's name.
