He is survived by: his wife Renate Schrier; his daughters, Briana Skubal of Columbus Junction and Amanda Skubal of Columbus Junction; his grandchildren, Harley, Gabe and Jade; his nieces, Raciel, Jenna, Stevie, Hailey and Gracie; his nephew Scott; and his aunt Opal Miller.
