He is survived by: his fiancé Viki Van Dyke-Martinez of Conesville, IA; his son Anthony (Sarah) of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Alexander of Jacksonville, FL, Gavin of Jacksonville, FL, Hadlee of Jacksonville, FL and Colt of Jacksonville, FL; his siblings, Tracey Randolph (Mike) of Reynolds, IL, Clint and Pete (Rebecca); his pet Audrey; his brother Bill Hinman of Letts, IA; his nephew Billy; and also, George and Cheryl Van Dyke of Melrose, IA. He is also survived by cousins, nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to the family in memory of Boot.
