He is survived by: his wife Connie McVay of West Liberty; his children, John and Lynn Longstreth (Lance) of Fruitland; his grandchild Taylor Longstreth (Dan Smith); his children, Kailey (Austin) and Rochelle Longstreth (Connor Delamore) of Durant; his brother Clifford Neipert (Betsey Sue) of Conesville; his brothers-in-law, Harold Freese, Robert A. Smith and Terry McVay; and his sibling's child Penni Hewett of Leon, Iowa..
