She is survived by: her father Bernard Forbes; her brothers, Michael (Courtney) and Josh Forbes (Erin); her nieces and nephews, Arya, Ainslee, Liam, Lucielle, Adriel and Montgomery; and her aunts and uncles, Joyce Clubb, Gary Forbes, Nancy Lewis, Steve Forbes, Doug Forbes, Sandi Slater, Tina Fountain, Judy Forbes, Cindy Forbes and Donnie Bean.
