Duane J. Peterson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Duane J. Peterson of Conrad, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 16, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Duane may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Duane touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Peterson and Carolyn Peterson (Alvano); and his brother Robert Peterson. He is survived by: his children, Travis Peterson (Rykki) of Gladbrook, Traci Roche of Marshalltown and Tiffinee Stone of Sioux City; and his grandchildren, Genevieve Bryant, Nathaneal Ramos, Tera Ramos, Brandon Roche and Kaleb Stone.
Memorial donations may be directed to the family for later designation.
