He is survived by: his wife Delores Zmolek of Conrad; his children, Ronald Poe (Mary) of Lincoln, NE, Robert Poe (Beth Ann) of Palm Coast, FL and Ryan Poe (Marc Lubinski) of Palm Springs, CA; his grandchildren, Branden Poe (Norah Jones) of Cornwall, NY, Marissa Berry (Jesse) of Upper Arlington, OH, Jeralyn Kiprotich (Justine) of Flagstaff, AZ, Dylan Poe and Madison Poe of Castle Rock, CO; his great grandchildren, Felix Poe, Josephine and Margot Berry; and his siblings, Jim Poe (Barb) of Ames, IA, Roger Poe (Pam) of Conrad, Mike Poe (Deanna) of Marshalltown and Dallas Poe (Becky) of Waterloo, IA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Henry Catholic Church (211 W Olive St, Marshalltown, IA 50158). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
