He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil and Francis (Skalla); his in-laws, Alver and Irma Stangl (Schreck); his children, Julie Ayers (Wurr), Michael Wurr and Sheila Wurr; his siblings, Lawrence (Wilma), Vincent (Betty), LuEtta Cashatt (LaVerne) and Maxine Haubrich (Gerald); and his brother-in-law Ambrose Anthofer.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy of Joseph's Catholic Church; his son Jaimie Wurr (Doris); his sister June Anthofer; his great grandchildren, Sarah Wurr (Clay Haley), Miranda and Sam Sloss; and his grandchildren, Jessica Lowe, Raelyn, Kohen, Dillon Wurr (Megan), Caroline, Chase Ayers (Morgan), Payton, Michaela Henricksen (Tim) of Emma, TJ, Kiya and Finley. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
