She is survived by: her husband Ron Jacobsen of Coon Rapids; her children, Steve Jacobsen (Tif) of LaGrange, GA, Jo Lee (Jerry) of Apache Junction, AZ and Jana Derry of Coon Rapids; her grandchild Jazmine Butrymowicz (Dallas); her great grandchildren, Sierra of Mesa, AZ, Mia of Mesa, AZ and Phoebe of Mesa, AZ; her granddaughter Kate Bray (Richard); her great grandchildren, Kinslee of LaGrange, GA and Kaylee of LaGrange, GA; her grandchildren, Bailey Jacobsen of Birmingham, AL, Garrett Jacobsen of Birmingham, AL, Lea Jacob Derry of Coon Rapids and Maxen Parker Derry of Coon Rapids; her brother Paul Lyons (Donna) of Carroll, IA; and her sister-in-law Linda Lyons of Carroll. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
