It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lori Ann Smith of Coon Rapids, Iowa, born in Winterset, Iowa, who passed away on May 18, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandson Roland Behle; her grandparents, Russel Anderson (Glee) and Orson Hildebrand (Ethel); her stepgrandparent Gene Boss (Dorothy); and her mother-in-law Merle Shirbroun (Sherrill).
She is survived by: her grandsons, Josh Shirbroun, Jake Shirbroun, Jesse Shirbroun, Billy Behle, Dylan Shirbroun, Mason Shirbroun, Hunter Shirbroun, Aiden Shirbroun and Bryor Behle; her father James Hildebrand (Marilyn) of Carroll, IA; her pet Copper; her partner Kerry Shirbroun of Coon Rapids, IA; her children, Kalie Behle (Billy) of Altoona, IA, Josh Shirbroun of Coon Rapids, IA, Jake Shirbroun (Jenn) of Coon Rapids, IA and Jesse Shirbroun (Ashlen Romey) of Coon Rapids, IA; her grandchildren, Shayla, Ciara and Stormi; her mother Laurel Butler (Jim) of Atlantic, IA; and her siblings, Bret Hildebrand, Shane Hildebrand, Jimmy Hildebrand, Misty Boes and Shanna Shank. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
