With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Scott Wright of Coralville, Iowa, born in Chanute, Kansas, who passed away on October 23, 2023 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gary Scott Wright to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Wright and Ollideen Wright (Stierwalt); and his in-laws, Bernice (Kindt), Parmenter (Raymond) and Arthur Kindt.

He is survived by : his wife Karen Wright; his daughters, Debra Wright of Rochester, MN and Angela Dial (Ryan) of Jefferson, SD; his grandchildren, Nichole and Caden Dial; his brothers, J. Alan Wright (Linda) of Derby and Charles Wright (Barbara) of Thayer; and his brother-in-law Roger Kindt (Peggy) of Denton, TX. He is also survived by nephew, nieces and numerous extended family.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Iowa City, Iowa.
