He is survived by: his wife Judy Goodman Lewis; his children, Lisa Boysen of Monticello and Turk Mully (Barbie) of Omaha; his stepsons, Matthew Lewis of Williamsburg, Timothy Lewis of Cedar Rapids and Kent Lewis (Hannah) of Tampa, FL; his grandchildren, Brandon Markley, Rowan Mully, Lawson Mully, Korgan Mully, Harper Lewis and Kendall Lewis; and his great grandchild Miles Hatchel. He is also survived by one sister and many nieces and nephews.
