He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gordon and Lorraine Gordon (Hobbs); his siblings, Joan, Todd and Brett Gordon; and his sister-in-law Sue Gordon.
He is survived by: his daughter Joan Gordon; his girlfriend Gwen Jensen; his siblings, Dennis Gordon (Jackie), Anita Puffer (Steve), Sue Engelbrecht (Dan) and Jim Gordon; and his nieces and nephews, Patrick, Jason, Erin, Tim, Katy, Hans, Marta, Ellie, Allison and Elliott.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service (605 Kirkwood Ave, Iowa City, IA 52240). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
