He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Neppl and Vivian Neppl (Birch). He is survived by : his wife April Angerer; his daughter Kelly Neppl of Iowa City; his grandchildren, Oliver of Iowa City and Ivy Neppl of Iowa City; his brother Richard Neppl (Laura) of Boise, Idaho; and his mother-in-law Loretta Angerer.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Pleasantview Home in Kalona or to Iowa City Hospice.
