He is survived by: his wife Jane Fredericks; his son Douglas Fredericks of Iowa City; his granddaughters, Alexa (Jacob) and Abigail; his son Steven Fredericks II of Spring Lake; his granddaughters, Ryleigh (Sam) and Harper (Ethan); his brother Jeffrey of Dubuque; and his sister-in-law Monica of Clear Lake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
