She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Elmer and Mildred Magdalene Nelson (Pedersen); her brothers-in-law, John Dunn, Don Hayden, Mike Stratton and Tim Edwards; and her niece Cynthia Dunn.
She is survived by: her husband Don Vogel; her children, Sandy Marn of Red Oak, Julie Suiter (Chad) of Johnston, Iowa and Brad Vogel (Karen) of Corning, Iowa; her grandchildren, Garrett Marn, Andrew Suiter, Elliot Suiter (Harini), Rachael Beverage (Kyle), Katie Vogel and Dylan Vogel; and her siblings, Charles Nelson (Marge), Ruth Dunn, Mary Ann Edwards (Ron), Sharon Hayden and Barbara Henley (Frank). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pearson Family Funeral Service & Cremation Center - Corning (701 7th St, Corning, IA 50841). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
