He is survived by: his wife Eva Breakenridge-Harter; his grandsons, George and Gus Cooper; his great grandchild Foster; his grandchildren, Chase, Adriana and Grace; his brother-in-law Charles Devereaux; his stepsons, Ray and Rob Breakenridge; and his pet Callie. He is also survived by nieces & nephews, family & friends.
