He is survived by: his children, Natasha Nazrala (Josue) of Ames, Nicholas Botkin (Renee) of Papillion and Bethany Botkin of Clarinda, Iowa.; his grandchildren, Brodee Heistand, Rhea Thompson, Janessa Botkin, Colin Salem of Lincoln, Nebraska and Jack Salem of Papillion, Nebraska.; his sister Sherry Rodrigues of Kapaa; and his sister-in-law Marlene Gilkerson of Knoxville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
