She was predeceased by: her parents, Terrence John Waters and Kathleen Marie Waters (Casey); and her siblings, Michael "Mick" Waters, Timothy Waters, Kathleen "Kim" Wood, Beth Mills and Jean Young.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Carr of Corning; her children, Marc Carr (Tami) of Port Charlotte, FL, Dana Price (Scott) of Bellevue, NE, Nick Carr (Beth) of Glenwood, IA and Masse Poetting (David) of Ankeny, IA.; her grandchildren, Kelsea Heesacker (Austin) of Bellevue, NE, Madison Lambert of Bellevue, NE, Joshua Lambert (Sydney) of Ardmore, OK, Emily Alsot (Andrew) of Glenwood, IA, Zach Carr (Lexi) of Waukee, IA, Ethan, Hayden Carr of Glenwood, IA, Blakely, Harper and Noah Poetting of Ankeny, IA.; her great grandchild Theodore; and her brother William Waters of Massena. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
