He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe A. Hagan and Catherine I. Hagan; and his daughter Sheree Kim Adams. He is survived by: his wife Shannon Hagan; his children, Douglas L. Hagan (Jennifer), Arthur Brett Hagan, Dr. Derek Hagan, Victoria LeaArreola (Sergio) and Ren D. Hagan; his grandchildren, Kalin M. Adams (Robbin Ingvarsson) and Lauren Adams; his great grandchildren, Oliver Ingvarsson and Freya Ingvarsson; his brother Carlton Hagan; and his sister-in-law Ann Hagan.
Dr. Hagan requested that in lieu of flowers you can make a small donation in his memory to the Stillwater Medical Foundation.
