He is survived by: his wife Reva Irene Darrah; his children, Terry Lain (Jean), Gary Lain (Missy) and Lisa Moore (Brian); his grandchildren, Justin Lain (Jenna), Tyler Lain (Kate), Kenton Lain (Erica), Ashley Woods (Shay), Hannah Kelly (Tanner), Dillon Lain (Dally), Trent Moore (Makenzie) and Blake Moore; his great grandchildren, Tucker, Brantley, Karsyn Lain, Emma, Harper Lain, Jensen, Hagen Lain, TJ, Hayes, Quinn Kelly, Kambrie Schoolcraft, Lainey Woods, Haddie, Drake Lain and Kollyns Moore; his brother Keith Lain (Lorena); his siblings-in-law, Eleanor Cox and Richard Darrah (Sue); his close friends, Margueritte and Jim Rardin; and his pet Penny.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home-Corydon (303 E Jefferson St, Corydon, IA 50060). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 8:00 AM and at 10:00 AM. A burial will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at the Corydon Cemetery (2031 135th, Corydon, IA 50060).
