It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Niday of Corydon, Iowa, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on March 16, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Hennessey and Claudie Fernon (McFate); and her brothers, Paul Jr. and Joe Hennessey. She is survived by : her husband John Niday; her children, Paul Niday (Peggy) and Lori Niday; her grandchildren, Jamaica McNeeley (Kira), Eric McNeeley (Brittany), Casey Plumlee (Courtney), Chase Plumlee (Emilie), Syerra Niday (Michael Ewing), Caitlin Harris and Ethan Niday (Anna); her great grandchildren, Landyn, Caidence Harris, Oliver, Lana Plumlee, Clyde Beso and Remi Ewing; and her close friend Karalyn Gerhart. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.

Memorials may be given to the family to be designated at a later date.
