The memory of Betsy Shipley (Council Bluffs, Iowa), who passed away on November 16, 2025 at the age of 70, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Gardner and Ann Gardner (Hough); and her brother Richard Gardner. She is survived by: her son Jeremy; her daughter-in-law Shella Wenninghoff; her daughter Jillian; her son-in-law Larry Stover; her son Alex Shipley; her grandchildren, Makenzie Wenninghoff, Kohl Wenninghoff, Natalie Sardiña, Corbin Stover, Joci Blair, Izzie Stover, Grace Blair and Paisley Ipo; and her great grandchild Holly Wenninghoff.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home (1221 N 16th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
