She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Waugh and Mabel Waugh; her husband Harley; and her sister Shirley Reilly (Waugh). She is survived by: her daughters, Teri A. Hughes McElroy (Max) of Council Bluffs, Tami L. H. Miller (Henry) of Malvern and Traci J. Schwartz (Alan) of Omaha; and her grandchildren, Jamie L. Frost Spellman (Austin), Jason L. Frost (Kelsey), Camille J. Urwin (Khalif), Michael H. Miller and Nicole E. Miller. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home & Crematory (545 Willow Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51503). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Bev's honor may be made to Susan G. Komen for breast cancer research or to the Alzheimer's Association.
