He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harold and Mildred Hallagan (DeWinter); his wives, Frances Hallagan and Beverly Hallagan; his daughters, Roxanne Hallagan and Penny Klusaw; and his son-in-law Lyle Kapka.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Arnett (Tim), Kimberly Coffman, Corey Hallagan (Jodi), Terry Hallagan, Kelly Hallagan (Denise), Shannon Gibson (Bill), Shawn Erickson, Darla Tweeten (Lon), Cindy Howard (Joe), Deanna Lehman (Kevin), Brian Marker (Kay), Lana Watne (Steve) and Brenda Kapka; and his siblings, Michael Hallagan and Jean Ann Schulte (Ken). He is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren.
The family will direct memorial contributions.
