She is survived by: her sons, Dakota Madison (Sarah) of Missouri Valley and Ravon Smith of Washington; her grandson Ryker Madison; her siblings, Kelly Brooks of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Kelli Madison of Creston, Iowa; and her siblings' children, Lesha Brooks of Arkansas, Amanda Scott of Arkansas and Tyler Brooks of Arkansas. She is also survived by many cousins, other extended family, and many friends.
