Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home & Crematory (545 Willow Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51503). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
