He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert James and Nieva James. He is survived by: his girlfriend Susan Brennan; and his brothers, Perry James (Cindy) of Brookdale, California, Bob James (Peggy) of Council Bluffs, Rick James (Deb) of Omaha, Nebraska, Timothy James of Council Bluffs, Louie James (Sandy) of Omaha and Steve James (Beth) of Council Bluffs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family, and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 102 W Florence St, Crescent, IA 51526.
