It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Reynolds of Council Bluffs, Iowa, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on August 21, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Reynolds and Sheila Reynolds (Hook); his father-in-law Raymond Ruiz; his sister Terri Westphal; and his brother-in-law Louis Ruiz.
He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Justin McHugh (Andrea), Jessica Ruiz and Amanda Reynolds-Robinson (Jake); his grandchildren, Kaylee Ruiz (Ryan), McKenzie Peterson, Destiny Robinson, Jordan Robinson, Nolan Ross, Noah Ross and Emmett Newberry; his sisters, Teresa Meyer, Carlene Robinson, Dona Reynolds, Doreen Reynolds (Dave), Toni Justice (Todd), Kathryn Morales and Karen Bush; his mother-in-law Barbara Francis; and his siblings-in-law, Sam Ruiz (Joy), Lori Reed, Lisa Ruiz, Monica Neito (Kevin), Terry Troutner and Bob Troutner (Lindsey). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Interment: Ridgewood Cemetery, 1350 East Pierce Street, Council Bluffs, Iowa, Memorials may be directed to the family.
