She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Smith and Roberta Smith (O'Brien); and her brother Fred. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Stevens, Tracy Stevens, Tami Jo Wahl and Jami Scofield. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and her brother and sisters.
