She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Johnson; her parents, Fredrick Lenz and Libby Lenz; her sisters, Vicki Lenz and Marva Lewis; and her son-in-law Richard Tomasso.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheri Herr (Dennis), Jody Seamon (Roger), Terry Johnson, Marilyn Tomasso and Kelly Fitzpatrick (Jeff); her sisters, Sandra Dai, Cheryl Carlson, Sally Linquist, Karen Pleuler, Rosalie Meilus and Shelley Blecha; and her sister-in-law Judy Leggett. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home & Crematory (545 Willow Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51503). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials in honor of Donna will be directed by the family.
