She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Miller and Hazel Miller (Taylor); her husband Donald Eyler; her daughter Donetta Fae; her daughter-in-law Pat Eyler; her siblings, Gloria Gleaves, Barbara Bird and Maurice Miller; and her in-laws, Wilma Jean Killion, Gene Gleaves, Hazel Miller and Bryce Bird.
She is survived by: her children, David Eyler (Ann Cody) of Carson and Deriece "Dee" Ward (Jerry) of Waverly, NE; her grandchildren, Daniel Eyler of Creston, IA, John Eyler (Jenn Wilson) of Carson, Emily Eyler of Carson, IA, Kyle Ward (Jessica) of Lincoln, NE and Rachel Ward of Lincoln, NE; her great grandchildren, Luella Ann Ward and Aida Louise Ward of Lincoln; and her brother Delford "Jeep" (Ruth) of Oakland. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and a host of friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Carson United Methodist Church (300 Washington St, Carson, IA 51525). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
