It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dylan D. Carter of Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on August 10, 2024, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Gary Pleas; his grandparents, Robert Carter and Liz Rife; and his brother Anthony. He is survived by: his parent Candi Carter (Mike Gustafson); his son Noble; his siblings, Siara Carter of Council Bluffs, Allysa Gustafson of Council Bluffs and Tyler Gustafson of Council Bluffs; and his grandmother Sharon Carter. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, many extended family members and friends.
