She was predeceased by: her parents, Anson Riesland and Lida "Pearl" Riesland (Moore); her husband Lester F. Kelly; and her siblings, Ethel Hinkel, Mary O'Connor, Oscar, Elmer, Howard, Emmett and Lloyd Riesland.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Wood (Bill), Gary Kelly, Catherine Stafford (Andrew) and Sandra Hemmingsen (Craig); and her sister Pearl Manning. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home (1221 N 16th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
