She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Larry; her parents, Clare Flecky and George Flecky; her brother-in-law Jay Lincoln; her niece Katie Brink; her daughters, Tisa Hempel (Chris Humpal), Ellie McNeil (Josh) and Jodee Hempel (Robert O'Doniel); her grandchildren, Hailey, Logan, Syrus, Mason, Aden, Mina, Jaxen, Hazel, Riley and Violet; her siblings, SJ, Nancy Sievers (Jerry), Rosemary Brownrigg (John), John Flecky, Bill Flecky (Teresa), Kevin Flecky (Rhonda), Dr. Kathleen Flecky, Mary Ellen Lincoln and Martha Davis (Paul); her aunt Margaret O'Connell; and her uncle Jerry Flecky. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorials are suggested to Harrison County Humane Society, Hope-Net Ministries, or St. Patrick Catholic Church, Council Bluffs or Neola, IA.
