She was predeceased by: her parents, Luis Rocha and Carmen Rocha (Fabela); her husband Silvino Benegas; and her son Tony Benegas. She is survived by: her children, Silvino Benegas, Jr., Selena Foley (John), Ricardo Benegas, Sarah Smith, Joanna Hahn (Jason) and Melody Barajas-Sword (Steven Sword). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
