He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Belt and Lilian Belt (Palmasano); his wife Ellie Belt; and his sister Pauline Cherney. He is survived by: his children, Floyd Belt Jr., Richard Belt (Wendy), Winnie Belt (Kyle) and Melissa Lewis (Andrew); and his sister Theresa Hagge. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
