He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Wellenstein (Joey); his sons, Dylan of Omaha and Drew of Omaha; his siblings, Larry Steinbrecher, Jeanie Uhl, Cynthia Brooks, Rick Wellenstein and James Wellenstein; his father-in-law Eugene Nieland (Becky); and his siblings-in-law, Dan Nieland (Karen), Kevin Nieland, Kevin White (Tina Preuss), Jan Stork (Russ), Lori Snyder (Randy), Amy Schreck (Kevin) and Joni Klusman (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Memorials will be directed by the family.
