He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Bain of Carter Lake and Joseph Bain of El Paso, Texas; his parents, Duyane Bain of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Flora Bain (Bazer) of Franklin, Tennessee; his sister Kathy Bulso (Gino) of Brentwood, Tennessee; and his close friend Ole Olsen. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
