She was predeceased by: her father Junior Bertelsen; and her brothers, Keith Bertelsen and Ronnie Bertelsen. She is survived by: her husband Gail Witt; her daughters, Rebecca Bloom (Jeff), Rachel Kaboré (Marcel) and Elizabeth McDonald (Jarrod); and her siblings, Karen Crandall (Keith), Kathryn John (Larry), Gene Bertelsen (Rita) and Julie Walling (Larry). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 step grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to Saint John Lutheran Church, or her family will direct a portion to the nurses at the Buffett Cancer Center.
